Boardriders Wind-Up
The top four places were awarded prizes for each division with the champions receiving their perpetual trophies.
Creed McTaggart, Mat Baldock and Laura Macaulay dominated their divisions, scoring 7000 points out of a possible 7000 points.
Brad Cowan was again a clear winner overall in the Senior Men's division, although second placed John McTaggart came home with a wet sail, a happy winner in the last event.
The new pro junior division was a close tussle between Jarrad Davies and Sam Baldock.
In the end Sam came out on top in an epic battle between two dynamic goofyfooters.
The open division club champion was to be decided by whoever finished higher between Andrew Sheridan (four times club champion) and Dave Macaulay.
While two times Margaret River Classic champ Brett Hardy won the last event, the battle between Shero and Macca could not have been any closer.
Two judges had a tie and one judge gave Macca the nod and overall club champion by 0.3 points.
A good night was had by all, in particular Tom James.
Annette Davies was a deserving winner of best clubman/woman for the second year running.
Blake Macdonald received a brand new Grubb surfboard for winning the Encouragement award.
He couldn't wipe the smile off his face for the rest of the night-cheers Grubb.
